At Bistro 516 you can choose from various starters, pasta (home-made or not), rice, meat, poultry, fish, and of course our salad counter offers a selection that you cannot resist. We can also serve mixed platters. Gluten-free or Vegeterian dishes are also available on request.
The 516 has always been synonymous with Patrick Spiteri. He has used this number several times in various outlets he has managed and operated. It was now the time to add the word Bistro to this number to better define the outlet and the genuine food that is offered.
We have a family member with celiac disease and needed a restaurant to cater for her needs. We had a fabulous evening free of worry because she was very well catered for. The food was cooked separately and there is an excellent children’s gluten-free menu too.
Excellent choice of restaurant for a great evening. The place gives people plenty of room to move around.
The steak was well cooked as ordered and they have a lovely Maltese boat full of seafood.
We have visited several times over the years when we visit Malta and it always lives up to the usual high standard. We didn’t order starters as we know the main courses are very big.
